Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made from Wednesday, October 14 to Sunday, December 6, 2020 can be returned until Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Purchases made after December 7 will be subject to our regular 30 day return policy. Loyalty Members will have until Wednesday, January 20, 2021 for returns.

Return Policy

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Please bring your original receipt.
  3. Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and unwashed and in its original packaging.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  5. Non-receipted returns, accompanied by a photo ID (driver’s license, state issued non-driver ID, passport, or military ID) and returns after 60 days will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
  6. Layaway deposits, payments and returned Layaway merchandise, as well as receipted returns after 30 days, will receive a merchandise credit (less service fees).
  7. All returns are subject to a third party verification process and system approval. Your ID information and return transaction history may be collected and entered into our processor’s system where permitted by law. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund.

Return Credits

  1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  2. Returns from a check purchase will be credited to the original account.
  3. Debit cards using PIN will receive cash.
  4. Merchandise returned from a completed layaway and receipted returns accepted after 30 days will receive refunds in the form of a merchandise credit.
